About the role
- ICF is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Associate to join our Corporate Pricing Team.

Responsibilities
- Support the development of timely, accurate, and compliant cost and business proposals that help ICF compete effectively and deliver strong value to clients.
- Review requests for proposals and related documents to identify pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, compliance considerations, and key assumptions.
- Assist in building, maintaining, and quality-checking pricing models, including labor, other direct costs, travel, subcontractor costs, indirect rates, fees, and escalation assumptions.
- Collect, organize, and analyze cost inputs from operations, subcontractors, finance, contracts, and other stakeholders to support complete, clear, and defensible pricing submissions.
- Document pricing assumptions, methodologies, and supporting rationale so proposal teams and reviewers can easily understand how pricing aligns with the proposed technical approach.
- Contribute ideas to improve pricing templates, tools, quality controls, and processes that support consistency, compliance, and efficiency across proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, workbook review, and the ability to learn and work with detailed pricing models.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately with financial, operational, and proposal data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize assumptions, analyses, and recommendations for different audiences.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work core hours M-F 9am - 5pm EST
Nice to have
- Exposure to government contracting, proposal development, professional services pricing, cost accounting principles, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
- Experience using other Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments, competing priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ask thoughtful questions, and resolve issues constructively.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow within pricing, finance, proposal development, or government contracting.
