About the role

  • Our platform enables practitioners to better understand the complex processes that define their enterprise and the tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused leader to define and evolve the Data Core capabilities of the Celonis platform.
  • This includes the data ingestion, storage, processing, and modeling infrastructure that powers Celonis' process mining and intelligence products at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for data infrastructure that powers process mining, analytics, and AI/ML use cases across the platform
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, performant, and enterprise-grade data services
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams on data platform priorities and release timelines
  • Ensure data core capabilities support key enterprise requirements including data residency, governance, lineage, security, and audit
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams across time zones
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of product managers with excellent recruiting, coaching, and development skills
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms at a SaaS or cloud-native company
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product management teams

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse patterns, streaming data, and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Ability to translate complex technical data concepts into clear product strategy and customer value

Skills

Compensation

  • The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
  • Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
  • The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
