Responsibilities
- Own the successful outcome throughout multi-year engagements and mobilize the right internal resources to make the client successful.
- Partner with client C-Suite, technology leadership, and system architects to map their existing system landscape (fund administration providers, CRM, data warehouses, LP portals) and design the future state with Juniper Square at the center.
- Own the systems and data flow map and workflow architecture that other teams execute against.
- Business Process Re-engineering. Lead the redesign of core client workflows, including areas beyond direct Juniper Square touchpoints. Identify where clients can automate, accelerate, or eliminate manual steps in partnership with our Technical Consulting team.
- AI Agent Design & Orchestration.

- Experience with AI tooling including CLI-based interfaces, agent frameworks, or MCP-style integrations.
