- While many cases resolve through strong negotiation and settlement, the right candidate will eagerly take cases to the courtroom when it serves the client's best interest and will always ensure every file is fully prepared for trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage a hearty caseload of personal injury matters (motor vehicle accidents, commercial/trucking cases, and other serious injury claims) through all phases of litigation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other court documents with precision and strategy.
- Maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Requirements
- Sitting/Stationary Position: Ability to remain seated for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours daily) while managing and reviewing case files on a computer.
- 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, including substantial hands-on experience handling expert depositions, mediation and settlement negotiations, discovery, and motion practice.
- Proficiency with case management software such as Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
