About the role
- Prepare and book journal entries as part of the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical counts, system records, and general ledger balances.
- Prepare the excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis template, evaluating inventory aging and recommending reserve adjustments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment.
- Working knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Oracle ERP experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Oracle ERP experience required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
Compensation
- The salary for this role will range from 62,400.00 - 93,300.00 USD annual based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
- Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
