About the role
- Provide general maintenance for the facility including buildings, grounds, necessary repairs, and installation of office equipment and appliances.
- Coordinates necessary repairs and maintenance with external contractors.
- Assists with maintaining maintenance logs and notifies appropriate departments of issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and supply conference rooms and break areas as needed.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Technical Diploma or Minimum of 5 years' experience required in building and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Forklift experience required.
Nice to have
- Scissor Lift experience preferred.
