Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process development within a high-tech industry, preferably in optics, photonics, semiconductors, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process control, and statistical analysis (SPC, DOE).
- Experience with optical assembly, fiber handling, laser welding, thin-film deposition, or semiconductor fabrication processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, R) and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
