About the role
- Role Summary: As a maintenance electrician, you will provide services to ensure that all electrical systems, wiring and equipment remain functional.
- You will rely on your ability to multi-task as you work in a fast-paced environment to keep our company operational.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain various welding equipment (plasma welder, sub-arc, Lincoln, or Miller power supplies), heat treatment furnaces, rod ovens.
- Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.
- Support the team to implement autonomous maintenance and preventative maintenance to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines and building controls.

Skills
- Being able to lift 30 lbs physically.
- Strong verbal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use a computer for emails
- Relevant- Electrician license
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Familiar with the National Electrical Code
- HS Diploma / GED and 5-7 years relevant experience
