Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks Define QA strategy, standards, and best practices Review test plans, automation scripts, and defect reports Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality practices Improve CI/CD quality gates and release confidence Track QA metrics and report release readiness Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Strong ability to multi-task, display good judgment, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods (including version control and defect management), and tools.
