About the role
- This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities, driving safety and quality initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
- This is a full-time, onsite role located in Blytheville, AR.
- This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive plant quality objectives by ensuring products meet customer and internal standards.
- Perform and support equipment setup and adjustments as needed.
- Direct and lead hourly workforce to achieve production goals and enforce performance standards.
- Manage staffing requirements including scheduling, reassignments, and overtime needs.
- Perform payroll and production system functions accurately and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience leading production teams required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
