About the role

A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, Alarm.com is seeking a Supply Chain Category Planner to join its Supply Chain team.
In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen.

Manage product transitions:
Collaborate with suppliers on component lead times, minimum order quantities and production schedules.
Develop forecast and inventory purchase requirements.
Manage product discontinuations (EOL) to support marketing and product management.
Implement strategies to minimize inventory obsolescence.
Maintain organized and accurate data for month end reporting, leadership meetings, and KPI review.

2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar role.
On occasion, ability to work outside of standard business hours with overseas stakeholders.
Team player with a positive attitude and high degree of flexibility.
Working knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel skills.

New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

$64,000 - $100,000 USD
The base salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience.
The base salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
