- The Strategic Analytics organization at Arch is driving automation, data, and AI transformation across the company.
- Our AI & Automation Engineering team bridges the gap between innovation and business value by transforming AI capabilities into scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions that improve underwriting, claims, and operational processes.
- This role is focused on engineering delivery and people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an offshore engineering team
- Build a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Lead implementation of AI-powered business solutions from concept through production
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and engagement leads to understand priorities and define implementation roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering enterprise software solutions
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical delivery teams
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, GitHub, CI/CD, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Financial Services, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- EST working hours required
