About the role

  • Coordinate and direct the development and implementation of a specific 4-H camp program (e.g., sports, expressive arts, environmental science, outdoor education, etc.).
  • Camp counselors to effect quality programming in the subject area.
  • Assist with program scheduling and management.

Requirements

  • Ability to teach, supervise and motivate staff
  • Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
  • Ability to meet acceptable background check standards, if required.

  • Two years of experience supervising others.
  • In-depth knowledge of all activities.
