Responsibilities
- Product management function participates in the development of document specifications that outline revisions or additional features of existing products, and the conception of new products.
- Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Manage risks & issues and execute on product build.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including GTM, Technology, Sales, Customer Experience, Solution Architecture, Pricing and Finance to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery.
- Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams.

Requirements
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and capabilities (e.g., generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) in day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity, research, and product development.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong product leadership with hands-on fluency in AI capabilities and a passion for leveraging trusted data to power intelligent, differentiated solutions.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years' experience of pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action.
