Responsibilities

  • Supports knowledge transfer across technology and analytics resources in other MHQ departments.
  • Technology Development, Support, Research Participates in Agile events supporting USRD application development, including Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
  • Partners with USRD stakeholders to define requirements and develop designs for new and existing applications.
  • Collaborates with business and technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Develops prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using Visual Studio, Python, and other languages, as needed.
  • Develops queries and data sources for reporting using SQL and/or Alteryx.
  • Develops business automation tools using Smartsheet APIs and other software integrations, as applicable.
  • Researches AI tools and develops prototypes and solutions to enhance USRD operations.
  • Cross functional US McDonald's teams (Finance, Operations, Legal, Franchising) Qualifications Technical Skills Experience developing and integrating APIs between software platforms.

Requirements

  • Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management or a related field.

Compensation

  • Salary Range $93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.

Benefits

  • This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
  • This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to McDonald's long-term incentive plan.
