About the role

  • This mid-level role is critical for ensuring job site safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple construction projects.
  • Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures for construction projects in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to field personnel.
  • Support emergency response planning and ensure readiness on all sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in safety engineering or construction safety roles.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and travel to job sites as needed.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST) are a plus.
