Responsibilities

  • Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate several operational systems and enhance the core business logic.
  • Design, develop, and document APIs to be used by partners and other development teams.
  • Lead or participate in technical design sessions
  • develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop Salesforce client-side visualizations for a UI-driven product with Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
  • Lead small teams of developers in implementing a technical solution by providing supervision, mentoring, and feedback to ensure project success.
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data-migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
  • Serve as the standard-bearer of coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
  • Lead or participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and other SFDC components.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java,.Net, and/or Python.
  • Proficiency using Git, continuous integration, and other applicable development tools.
  • Proficiency with SQL, ETL and data pipelines, and systems integrations.
  • Strong ability to use and author REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity.
