About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer II with expertise in data pipeline development and hands-on experience managing containerized workflows using Kubernetes and Docker.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to bridge data engineering and infrastructure needs.

Build and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized data workflows in Kubernetes and Docker.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable and well-documented data solutions.
Implement automation and monitoring to improve system performance and reliability.
Support urgent reporting requests and ad-hoc data analysis needs.
This role combines traditional data engineering tasks with infrastructure-focused responsibilities to support the deployment, monitoring, and automation of data services.

2 to 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Analytics.
Strong SQL and Python skills with proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, and AWS S3.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting workflows.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation (AWS preferred).
MS or equivalent experience preferred.

$60 - $65 per hour on W2 #LI-VK1 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
