Responsibilities
- We partner with payers, hospitals, physician offices, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and others across the spectrum of care to build healthier organizations that deliver better care to patients in every setting.
- May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
- Ensures associate safety and builds a positive collaborative team
Requirements
- 4+ years operational experience
- 2+ years managerial experience
- 2+ years experience in a DC/warehouse setting
- 2+ years experience working as a supervisor, trainer or leader of a department or group
- 4+ years experience working in a warehouse/distribution/transportation environment
- Experience with WMS systems
- Experience as a diverse people leader with proven results
- Ability to work autonomously
Nice to have
- LMS experience preferred
- Preferred performance management experience
- RF equipment experience preferred
