About the role
- The ideal candidate is comfortable managing hormone-related conditions, educating patients on treatment options, monitoring therapy outcomes, and providing comprehensive preventive care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage hormonal conditions including menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine-related concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, laboratory findings, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation within Athena EMR.
- Patient Experience Build strong therapeutic relationships through compassionate, personalized care.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience that encourages engagement and treatment adherence.
- Maintain timely and accurate chart completion.
- Experience interpreting laboratory results and developing treatment plans.
- Efficient providers who maintain high standards of documentation and patient care.
Requirements
- DEA license and prescriptive authority as required by state regulations.
- Experience with Athena EMR.
Compensation
- Up to $150,000 Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually (paid quarterly) Total Potential
- $180,000+ Potential Sign on bonus upto $10,000 Bonus Metrics Include: Productivity (23+ patients/day) Chart closure within 48 hours HEDIS performance & coding accuracy
