About the role

  • Bailiwick is currently seeking a Disposition Technician to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.
  • The Disposition Technician will be responsible for taking equipment returned from the field and preparing it (based on customer/project instructions) for proper disposition (inventory, dispose, ship, etc.).
  • This individual will work closely with the Project Management, Configuration and Warehouse Teams to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Basic PC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various Microsoft operating systems
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • High School diploma required; Two-year college or technical degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
  • Physically able to lift PCs, servers, peripherals and network equipment (up to 75 lbs.)
  • Accuracy in regard to data entry and tracking of inventory equipment
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively (self-starter)
  • Prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications

Nice to have

  • High School diploma required
  • Two-year college or technical degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
  • Any related certifications a plus
  • Experience related to IT deployment initiatives, remodel/construction, physical layer or other related field a plus

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $20.50 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills
