About the role

  • We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location.
  • We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service.

Requirements

  • Weekend shifts and holidays are required. (Prospective hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred). ▪ Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel) ▪

Nice to have

  • A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.

Compensation

  • $40,000-75,000/Yr, depending on experience and qualifications (Exempt) ▪
  • Weekend shifts and holidays are required. (Prospective hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
