About the role
- We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service & Warranty Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- The technician will perform warranty service work, ensure equipment operates efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform warranty service calls in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warranty administrators, manufacturers, and management to resolve service issues efficiently.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
- Minimum 2-5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostic procedures, refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, and airflow principles.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Nice to have
- HVAC certification or technical school training preferred.
Skills
- Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
Compensation
- Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
