instruction, maintain a positive classroom environment, and work closely with teachers to help students succeed. 💼 What You'll Do • Support classroom instruction under the direction of licensed teaching staff • Provide one ‑ on ‑ one and small ‑ group academic assistance • Help maintain a structured, supportive, and trauma ‑ informed learning environment •

Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and other non ‑ instructional times
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Active Indiana Substitute Teacher License or the ability to obtain one (preferred)
Ability to remain calm, consistent, and supportive with students who may struggle in traditional settings
A team ‑ oriented mindset and willingness to learn new strategies ⭐

Actively enrolled in an education degree program, or
