Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery activities - working with users, design and, technical team members - to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market
  • Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues/defects
  • Collaborate with Launch Operations team on new feature launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on user insights and metrics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness.

Compensation

  • Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $155,000.
  • The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
