Responsibilities
- Perform specific safety procedures on equipment safety in cell/line/dept./plant
- Understand / document all quality requirements per process
- Document and maintain DMR areas
- Perform 1st piece inspection using setup verification sheet
- Understand, document and maintain maintenance and pre-op checklist
- Perform autonomous maintenance-if applicable
- Support team (active and constructive role)
Requirements
- Apply statistical methods-as required
- Rework, scrap and non-conforming material process-as required
