  • This position serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical data teams, translating business questions into well-defined KPIs, metrics, and reusable semantic structures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Experience designing semantic or analytical models (e.g., star schema, tabular models, Power BI datasets).
  • Experience facilitating business discussions and translating ambiguous requirements into structured analytical outputs.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding data pipelines and transformations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Relevant Microsoft or analytics certifications are a plus.

  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Synapse, Fabric, or Dataverse is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced experience with Power BI and DAX or equivalent analytical modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality, consistency, and standardization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation

  • $112k-$150k
