About the role
- Business Analyst to spearhead the Future State PLM transformation initiative.
- Redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state.
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.
- Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.
- Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models.
- Develop business use cases, process flows, and capability maps to support future state definition.
Requirements
- Proven experience with any PLM systems, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e.g., Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management.
- The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in El Segundo, Mattel HQ.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale PLM transformation or system implementation programs within CPG industry.
- Understanding digital thread, digital twin, or model-based enterprise concepts.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.
