Responsibilities
- Manages the Director's schedule to include calendar appointments, conferences, and travel activities. -Coordinates meetings and conference calls.
- Oversees or performs support staff functions including human resources management, purchasing, time distribution reporting, and assistance with budget preparation.
Requirements
- One year of the required experience must have been in an administrative, managerial, supervisory, or responsible technical capacity.
- All: Fifteen semester hours of accredited college work may be substituted for each six months of the required experience with a maximum substitution of four years.
- A graduate degree in public administration, business administration, or human resources administration may substitute for all required experience.
