About the role

You will ensure the work areas are left ready and communicate any items that are not ready
You will also be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use keeps water faucets turned off and reports any leaks to a supervisor/manager
You will be a key player in safety by paying close attention to specific high traffic areas to avoid accidents, slips, trips, and falls

You will maintain a daily sanitation log
You will use your time wisely and proactively clean and sanitize all equipment in slow times to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment

We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our kitchen team as a Lead Steward.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and tremendous attention to detail, in the care they take in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel's kitchen areas.
This role truly is part of the "Heart of the House" and provides key services for culinary and food service teams so they can provide great service to our guests.
