Responsibilities

  • Review incoming CMHC term insured commercial multifamily mortgage opportunities, assess each deal against investor preferences and mandates to drive targeted deal flow and organize matched opportunities into optimized pools structured for securitization.
  • Lead regular investor meetings to deliver clear pipeline status updates, communicate changes and their downstream impacts, and proactively follow up on outstanding action items.
  • RRSP Matching Program to help you build long-term wealth.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, CMHC mortgages, valuation, risk, or credit analysis.
  • You are deeply organized and actively finding smarter ways to work, blending great time-management with AI tools to keep active deal data flowing smoothly.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel, with a sharp instinct for identifying inconsistencies in complex datasets and the persistence to investigate the "why" behind the numbers.

Skills

  • Work with Canada's most prominent banks, investment managers, and pension funds from a platform with offices coast to coast.
