Responsibilities
- Support the Director of PACE in leading a high-performing team of project and construction management professionals to deliver site facilities and infrastructure projects
- Develop and execute integrated plans, policies, and strategies for a wide range of construction and renovation projects
- Partner with site leadership and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and align project execution with business needs
- Secure and allocate resources, manage suppliers, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Influence and maintain strong stakeholder, partner, and team relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely issue resolution
- support source selection, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize project outcomes
- Support project scoping, planning, execution, and closeout while identifying and mitigating risks, constraints, and schedule impacts
- Monitor performance against baselines and supports corrective actions to maintain cost, schedule, and scope discipline
- Support long-range planning and development of site facilities and capital roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Coach, develop, and motivate employees and mid-level managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, construction, and/or project management
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
- Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
- Experience in a role requiring presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related technical field
- PMP Certification, Project Management credential or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience with executive communications
- 5+ years of experience with oversight of budgets and financial data
- 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and developing others
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of both contracted service providers and direct hire personnel
Compensation
- $146,200 - $197,800
