About the role

Broadway Refrigeration is one of the Lower Mainland's leading commercial HVAC and mechanical contractors.
We work on everything from hospitals and high-rise towers to data centres, schools, and large commercial construction projects.
As we continue to grow, we're creating a new position that will work directly with our executive team to improve how we analyze data, forecast workloads, automate reporting, and make better business decisions.

Develop KPI dashboards and management reports.
Perform variance analysis and forecasting.
Design and improve business workflows.
Build dashboards using Power BI.
Create advanced Excel models.
Work closely with senior management to help drive business decisions.
You're comfortable switching gears as priorities change and enjoy working on a variety of projects. One day you may be building a dashboard, the next you may be analyzing project performance or redesigning a workflow.

You'll spend your time asking questions, finding answers, and helping us build smarter systems.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience in construction is an asset, but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
Interest in automation, AI tools, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills.
Curious, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
