About the role
- The derivatives risk solutions team specializes in foreign exchange and interest rate products which are tailored to our corporate and private equity clients.
- The team works with global corporate and financial sponsor treasury teams to recommend and execute FX and rates products.

Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will provide support to senior sales team in the structuring and marketing of interest rate & currency derivative strategies to the team's clients
- You will perform company and market research to identify current trends & opportunities
- You will help create market commentary on interest rates and foreign exchange markets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in front office, derivatives related role, supporting Corporate clients or Sponsor clients
- Ideal candidate will have a BA in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, Statistics or other related major
- You'll have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- You'll demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You'll be adaptable, and work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- If you're familiar with Bloomberg, that's a plus
Compensation
- The expected base salary ranges from $120,000- $175,000.
- Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
- Market and organizational factors are also considered.
- In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
