About the role
- Key Contributions of the Role Conduct on-site and virtual audits of material handling operations during events to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Nice to have
- Identify and escalate non-standard or specialty material handling requirements to leadership for review and approval.
- This includes equipment, labor, or unique constraints.
- Coordinate and communicate ground rigging schedules, labor, and equipment needs with internal departments.
- Participate in planning and budget meetings to provide operational insights and recommendations related to rigging and material handling resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
- supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior experience in material handling, logistics, warehouse operations, or event management strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of ground rigging, transportation logistics, or warehouse operations.
Compensation
- $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Medical Dental Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k)
