Skills to manage active clinical process elements bringing the best, current science regarding infection prevention to the caregivers and clinicians in all patient care settings including the clinics.
Manages and directs the Infection Control Department and staff.
Develops/revises the Infection Control Plan consistent with the company's strategies, bases on data analysis, ICSRA, and financial implications.

6 years direct work experience in epidemiology or infection control.
Required - Certification in Infection Control (CIC) within 2 years of employment.
Must have advanced knowledge of software applications to develop databases, conduct analyses and prepare trended reports.
Strong proficiency in analysis, synthesis and reporting of clinical research.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals
Knowledge of disease process, patient care practices, aseptic techniques and other principles of infection transmission and prevention.
Other related duties as required.
