conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high-tech.
Expertise in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication skills with varying levels of stakeholders, organizational, negotiation, and consulting skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, pull/push, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies
Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.
Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration.
Practices active listening and engages thoughtfully.
