About the role
- You will be responsible for translating our strategic vision into a successful execution strategy by fostering cross-functional alignment and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive problem-solver, you will identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery, while continuously innovating processes to enhance program reporting and execution.
- Whether engaging in deep technical discussions with individual contributors or presenting high-level strategy to C-suite executives, you communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs, from facilitating quarterly planning, to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables.
- Own the "quality of the solution" by trusting and verifying technical estimates, ensuring rigorous testing/validation steps, and making sure every issue identified in syncs has a clear owner and resolution plan.
Requirements
- Ability to anticipate group dynamic issues and prevent conflict before it arises, fostering a collaborative "one-team" environment.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product delivery roles - preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- You thrive in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments, effectively driving clarity and adapting to change through a strong bias for action, resourcefulness, and resilience.
- Strategic thinker with operational discipline - you plan for scale, align execution to business goals, and never lose sight of customer and stakeholder outcomes.
- Strong Agile methodology expertise, both at the team and scaled program levels

- The approximate annual base compensation range is $115,500-174,000.
- The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
