Master's degree in engineering, with a technical emphasis in geotechnical engineering.
15+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering and related technical areas, with a proven track record of driving business growth through client relationships and leadership in complex projects.
Demonstrated expertise in both business development and project leadership, with experience safely and profitably leading high-revenue geotechnical projects and client portfolios.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic growth, client needs, and company profitability.

Experience presenting at conferences or contributing thought leadership within geotechnical professional organizations.
Familiarity with local and regional regulations and policies in geotechnical engineering.
A passion for continuous learning, staying at the forefront of industry developments, and contributing to innovation within the company.
The salary range for this position in New York City, NY and White Plains, NY is $180,000 - $220,000 annually.
