About the role

  • Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
  • This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
  • Partner with 3-4 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
  • Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
  • Ownership in what you help build.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally

Skills

  • Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
  • Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages - HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
  • Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities

Compensation

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
  • For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role.
