About the role

It serves as an entry point for individuals to gain exposure to different positions and manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include Job Duties and Essential Functions Dynamic Deployment and Integration: Report to the shift supervisor daily to receive assignments based on real-time production gaps, staff absences, or volume surges.
Quickly adapt to different team dynamics and workflows with minimal transition time.

Maintenance and Quality Control: Provide the necessary labor or technical support to mitigate bottlenecks and maintain target throughput.

Perform basic machine care and minor maintenance, such as oiling, lubricating, adding coolant, or making simple repairs.

Must be 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or a GED 6 months manufacturing experience Ability to stand and walk continuously for an entire shift (8-12 hours).
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry materials up to 40 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Excellent visual acuity required for monitoring machine operation, quality control, and detecting defects.
Six months manufacturing experience required.
