About the role
- Unlike conventional autonomy software, our patented 4D Predictive Perception removes reliance on data.
- By leveraging next-gen 4D sensors, we can precisely predict the motion of all objects, increasing accuracy, lowering latency, and setting a new standard for safety and efficiency in autonomy.
- Our team consists of seasoned professionals from across the autonomous vehicle (AV) ecosystem, including OEMs, world-class research institutions, and leading autonomous driving companies.
Responsibilities
- With a proven track record of successful AV service launches in California, Texas, and Florida, we are well-positioned to drive the next generation of autonomy.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of robust software solutions that integrate seamlessly with robotics systems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform software development strategies and maintain a technological edge.
- Establish and maintain best practices in engineering processes, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience with robotics software, control systems, and hardware and software components integration is highly desirable.

- $10k-$15k
