About the role
- The Accounts Receivable Director will oversee all aspects of Optima Medical's back-end revenue cycle operations across our 30 primary care locations.
- This role ensures efficient, compliant, and financially optimized processes for accounts receivable follow up, denials management, payment posting, and patient collections.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to improve systemwide workflows in a fast-growing medical organization.
