About the role
- This leader will be responsible for product planning, execution and management through the product lifecycle.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Maintain transparency with executive leadership and stakeholders through ongoing status updates on KPIs and OKRs.
- Lead and participate in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, validation, deployment and client adoption. Partner with engineering teams to ensure scope, timelines and deliverables are clear, and that requirements are fully understood
- Define objectives and key success metrics, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results.

- This includes ensuring that the product supports Alight's overall strategy and goals.
- You will manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners, and deliver complex, large-scale solutions that meet the needs of clients, members, and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required.

Compensation
- Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
- Bonus and/or incentive eligibility are determined by role and level.
- 178,000.00 USD
