Responsibilities
- Support internal control compliance initiatives, testing and remediation.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, in high paced and fluid environment
Requirements
- As a successful candidate in this role you possess a strong ability to see ideas for improvement instituted in near real-time.
- You are also collaborative as this role requires you to be working across departments including but not limited to (Account Management, Engineering, and Product).
Nice to have
- 7 to 10 years of general payroll/payroll tax experience
- BS/BA required (Business/Accounting a plus).
- Multi-state payroll tax filing / payroll and workers compensation audit experience
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills including ability to work with all levels of Management.
- Previous management experience required
