About the role
- The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing all field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects.
- This role oversees installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans, codes, and company standards.
- The Electrical Superintendent works closely with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities and resolve field challenges.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Independently start and manage projects
- Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
