About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Security Disability Claims Case Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process which can be lengthy.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Gather required documentation and information from clients to support their claims.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
- Schedule: 40 hours a week, limited overtime
- Fluent in Spanish Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of social security policies and procedures (preferred).
