About the role

Utilize stop-work authority when warranted.
Alert project team members immediately of issues and concerns.
Assists the PML/PMM with creating, reviewing, approving, and executing work orders and accurate inventory management, data collection, and summary reports.

Using Torque tools and Thermal Imaging tools to maintain/verify proper electrical connections.
Ability to adapt and work in extremely hot and cold environments, manage time and tasks effectively with a sense of urgency, and work overtime/weekends as needed.

HS Degree and 2-4 years of experience working in the electrical or renewable energy industries within generation/operations / technical teams (solar/wind/BESS/gas/hydro/distribution).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills related to electrical troubleshooting, read and interpret schematic drawings, and have the ability to follow company QC and testing procedures.
Must be willing to travel frequently up to 3 weeks at a time
Must have a current driver's license with a good DMV record.
