About the role
- Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure-lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, racking systems, and general building systems.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance on Freon refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

- Qualifications · Prior hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or building systems preferred.
Requirements
- basic computer proficiency.
- Universal EPA Certification required Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
Nice to have
- Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.
- 2+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (Freon).
- Hands-on experience with freon refrigeration systems preferred.
- Universal EPA Certification required Skilled with hand and power tools
