About the role

The purpose of Third City Kids is to bring truth and love to the next generation of the Church.
They will conduct daily lessons, including but not limited to: Bible, academic, social and emotional.
Is action-oriented and displays focus, passion & initiative.

The Preschool Teacher position will lead their classroom with 12-16 children, with the help of a Teacher Aide.
Create and execute goals with the direction of the Preschool Minister to ensure excellence in all TC Kids programming.
Create and maintain an appropriate and nurturing environment
Build and initiate life-changing relationships with kids and their parents, with a consistent focus and reaching the lost.
Work with TC Kids to develop and execute a strategy for partnering well with Third City families to raise Kingdom-minded Christ-followers.

Team Builder - shows the ability to be a team player and work alongside all ministries.

BA, AA, or CDA or HS Diploma plus 1,500 clocked hours of working directly with children or a written plan with 3 semester hours in Early Childhood to completed in 12 months
Lesson planning experience preferred but not required
